Welcome to Carrickcraft, Ireland's leading boat-hire company for the River Shannon and Lough Erne. We have boats for two people up to twelve people and two marinas on the Shannon and one on Lough Erne.
Is it difficult?
You may be thinking you could never drive a boat, but it is easy. We will give you full instruction on boat handling and simple navigation and remember - half of our customers have never been on a boat before.

Where?
It depends on what you want to see or do. Lough Erne is very much a get-away-from-it-all place (and is much better value). The Shannon has more places to go, more pubs and restaurants. Click here for help in deciding where to go.
How long?
You can come for as long as you like, but we do insist on a minimum of 3 nights. It takes a while to get used to living on the boat and it will take a couple of days to learn the ropes.
