Check In
It is our wish to hand over the cruiser you have booked as soon as possible after your check-in and you can assist us by letting us know as accurately as you can the time of your arrival so that our planning will tie in that time with an available boat.
Access to the cruiser might be restricted until the official handover time of 16:00, or even later, if servicing or cleaning is delayed for whatever reason.
Please be patient if the cruiser is not ready when you arrive and be assured that we want you to be on your way as quickly as you want to leave!
If you are making plans to leave the Marina on the day of check-in please allow at least a minimum of 2 hours for the navigation class and boat demonstration.

Checking-in (Early arrivals)
Early arrivals - (before 14:00) can be accommodated but it is important to inform the marina at least one week in advance of your expected time of arrival and your mode of transport. This will allow our staff to prepare your cruiser on time. The Marina telephone numbers are listed on the Welcome Page.
Checking-in (Late arrivals)
Late arrivals (after 17:00 weekdays and 18:00 on Saturday) are asked to inform the Marina of their estimated time of arrival so that alternative arrangements can be made for checking in. The Marina telephone numbers are listed on the Welcome Page.
Checking in
Your Confirmation Invoice (if booked directly) or Voucher (if booked through an Agent), will be required when checking-in.
Insurance
Although all cruisers are insured, a certain amount of liability always remains with the hirer. This amount varies from €1,200 to €1,500 according to the type of cruiser and may be reduced down to a minimum of €150 by payment of varying amounts, again according to the type of cruiser.
This liability has to be left in the form of a deposit and this is usually a credit card but can also be cash in any currency (as well as Euro & Sterling) that has an available rate of exchange. This insurance does not cover hirer belongings or personal injury. Sorry, but we cannot accept cheques.
When is my return transfer?
Return transfer details are advised as part of your check out procedure but can be obtained by telephoning the Marina on the Wednesday prior to day of departure.
Transfers vary on a week-to-week basis and please note that they are not scheduled to meet every flight and therefore you may have an early transfer to the airport even though your fight may be late in the day. It is your responsibility to either return to or telephone the Marina on the day before your departure to find out the transfer time.
Please Note: Arrival Transfers must be booked at least a week in advance and Return Transfers must be booked at the latest on check-in.
Checking out
In order that there is enough time to check out and re-fuel the cruiser, we ask that you return to the marina at least 1 hour prior to office closing times on the day before the last day of hire or by prior agreement no later than 09:00 on the morning of the last day of hire. All cruisers must be vacated clean and re-fuelled before 10:00 on the last day of hire. The deposit may be forfeited if this condition is not adhered to.
