A special thanks to the guy who prepared the boat for us (I am sorry, I cant remember his name, I think it was Padraigh, but not 100% sure) - he was so fantastic.
He ensured that we could get our boats early and during some moorings in Carrick he supported us all our requests.
Because of him (and all the other fab staff in Carrick, like the lovely lady at reception) we will definitely book again with Carrickcraft.
We have booked with other boating companies before, but we never received such a good customer service. The service in Carrick on Shannon was outstanding.
